Return and Exchange Policy – Saatvik Vastram
At Saatvik Vastram, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every saree you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and exchange policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and labels.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@saatvikvastram.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your saree for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at info@saatvikvastram.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process and provide further instructions.

Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it and send you the new item as soon as possible. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@saatvikvastram.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
